Technical information of cone crusher casting parts:

• Steel Eccentric: The Steel Eccentric is made of MO40 material, which is installed at the end of the main shaft. Inside the steel bush, an eccentric bush is fixed around it, and the crank gear is fixed.
• Cancave: Cancave is made of Mn steel, which is fixed to the top shell and has different sizes, which are selected depending on the cone model.
• Hydroset Cylinder: A Hydroset Cylinder is installed from below in the center of the cylinder, inside which there is a piston, and at the end, a pot bottom is installed and it is made of simple carbon steel.
• Mantel: The mantel is made of manganese steel with molybdenum, manganese steel, special manganese steel, HodFiled, which is placed on the head center and all of them are fixed on the main shaft. The mantels are made in sizes 2 and 4.
• Headcenter: The conical headcenter is placed on top of the main shaft of the crusher and is fixed on this shaft. This part is designed in the form of an open cone and is located in the upper part of the crushing room. The cone head center is usually made of plain carbon steel.
• Top Shell: The main shell of Hydrocon consists of two separate parts called bottom shell and top shell. The topshell is closed on the bottom shell and the Kankio is placed inside it. The material of the topshell is carbon steel.
• Bottomshell: Hydrocone bottomshell, usually made of durable materials such as carbon steel, provides structural integrity and stability to the crusher. The lower part forms the main frame of the crusher and houses important components.
