Melting

The Casting process is carried out in Azarin Foulad Bisotun using induction furnaces. Three medium frequency induction furnaces with three plants of 1000 kg, 2000 kg and 3000 kg and one plant of 50 kg are considered for laboratory activities. The smelting process starts with the control and weighing of the consumables and continues with the chemical composition test of the smelting using the equipped and calibrated quantometer device. At the end of the process and after ensuring the complete compatibility of the chemical composition of the melt in the furnace, with the required chemical analysis of the piece, it is allowed to discharge the melt into the mold.
